Day light Robbey - Pathetic MR Delivery

Day light *******...order placed and accepted by the restaurant. Money deducted from account. 25 min later order was canceled with no explanation. Called the service desk and the agent cut the call after hearing my request to be refunded.. credit wallet only appeared in wallet after several emails to Mr D complain and threatening to open a theft/***** case. Now I got to apparently wait 5 days to be refunded. There must a platform to report these *******.. consumer goods council?
