Day light *******- Mr Delivery *****s people's Money

Mr Delivery they are robbing people day light and they running after money. Their service is extremely poor. I placed an order on Friday the 27th of November 2020. I am not given the option to choose for Delivery /Collect. I am given the option to pay using my bank card. I placed an order. I waited for almost 2 hours and my food was not delivered, when I call they said I should go to KFC to collect myself. I told the lady that's impossible because I bought my food via Mr Delivery expecting you to deliver. I told her to cancel the order and refund my money. First time she said they won't refund me , she can transfer the money to Mr Delivery ewallet and I will use it the following day. I refuse and told her that I will put you on Social media. She finally she will refund my money within 3 working days . I have never receive my money till today. I call them to find out how far. Today they told me that I am not going to get my money. I explained to the lady she said she will escalate the matter to the management and they will call me. They have never call me, I call again now I got Mawethu he gave me attitude and says I will not get my money. I need my money now...
