Mr D food has a very disappointing escalation service .I had ordered a triple cheese burger from McDonald's in Turfontein paid via eft receievd my order opened it up after the driver left in such a hurry, to only find dat it's a double cheese burger, escalated the issue they reply hours later and ask for pictures of the burger told them I only have the remaining packaging as evidence as it was marker double cheese burger. I was basically told with out pictures of the actual burger I cnt be helped so I paid extra for something that was worth less . $hi! Service with constant automated email response that with different agents nanes that promise swift assistance. Because I did not take pix of the Burger day light *******. Uber Eats will never do such a thing.
