Day light *******

There are two orders where the drives cancelled the orders with no call or attempt to reach me. With one I located the driver and drove to him using the tracker. He told no it's cancelled and left with my order and my money was not refunded. Im at a place where I was told no refund will be given yet these people left with my food in my presence and the other didn't even call.

This is equal to ******* day light ******* and does not have the customer at the centre.
