Damaged order

I bought nappies thrrough the MRD app and received them with the packaging torn. I then requested a replacement or refund. They indidcated that this might be a store or driver issue, but refused to replace or refund this item. They instead offered a R50 coupon I indicated to them that this will not protect my child from possible contamination. They then told me to figure myself out. Oreder number: GROC***. Please help
