Had an order issue- logged the issue on Sunday, received a phone call from the lovely Kulsum. A at customer service on Monday morning- and it was sorted out in moments. Received my refund with no issue, and the agent was wonderfully professional, friendly and prompt. Awesome stuff. Give them a raise. Thank you so very much!
