Customer service suxs tremendously

Ordered food waited 2hours for the food. When i decided to call person shouted at me as if im a person who doesnt use my common sense. I can not order food wait 2hours and be shouted at for waiting for it. I have never had any bad experience till today and im very appauled. If theres an issue it should be dealt in an orderly manner. If one cant control their temper they shouldnt be dealing with customers
