Customer service help very poor.

This is for an order where a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. The problem was the customer service consultant was so slow and not clear nor listening to me. I needed to redo a whole order and reorder before the restaurant closed, but it took so long and then she put down the phone on me without clarifying if it was sorted out. Sesethu.n should not be in a customer service position.
