Customer ******* and pathetic service

So I placed an order with BP via Mr D. The order was placed at 18:35 of which I ordered a family treat which clearly stated what it consists of, firstly I get called by the shop asking me to change 1 of the order items as it is not available, I had to compromise. Secondly my order took an hour to be collected and delivered as the driver ran out of data after collection and he had to call me to ask for directions. Again I was calm until I opened my bags and realized they only packaged the things on the slip and not what the promotion consisted of. The promotion said I will get 2 slabs, I got one. The niknaks were not even included, yet it is supposed to be a family treat? I basically spent R195 for a 2 litre cold drink, 2 dips, 1 simba chips, 1 chocolate slab and apparently that is a family treat. What a joke. Day light ******* at it's best.
