Customer Refund

I ordered KFC via MR Delivery 6 weeks ago, payment went through immediately but i didn't received my meal. I have been phoning for my refund constantly and the customer service tells me that they will sort it out after giving them the order number numerous times. half the time, the line drops and you cant get through to them. As recent a friday, i somehow got connected to takealot delivery when calling MR Delivery and a guy helped me and said that according to the data base the refund situation was marked as resolved. Poor work ethic and very bad customer service. I am still waiting for my refund.
