After the 4th time my food was late and cold, I sent it back "again". I pay a R35 delivery fee plus a R50 driver fee, so you would expect your food to be hot when you get it. After sending food back I contacted Mr D, wanting a refund. I was told that the refund is being done while we speak, 2 weeks later still no refund. So I wanted to speak to the manager, for 2 days and lots of calls later I got hold her. Was told I'm blacklisted now because I sent the back, asked if she would be happy with cold food...she admitted she wont. I had the sms from the driver stating they messed up, and all the timelines. Yet they decided they refuse to give a refund and they are keeping my money. When I asked them how that works, that they can just decide by themselves to keep my money...I was told "terms and conditions". Beware of these people, seems like they are above the law....
