Credit card delivery

I app**** for a credit card on the 4th of October and received sms's that confirmed Mr D courier has my card for delivery. On the 10th I received an sms that said Mr D tried to contact me and I should call back. The numbers that I called kept me on hold for I don know how long. Please can you do something about this call center and may you please help with the delivery of my card because I want to travel before weekend.
