Courier playing with my time

I was informed delivery (24 hour delivery that was with couriers last week already) will be delivered tuesday. Took time of work and then halfway through the day I was mailed it will be delivered today. Got someone to stay home. Received mail it will be delived today before 5. Nothing up to now.... These guys courier for takelot and loot... Are they playing games or what?
