Couldn’t Reach Driver Due to App Issue — No Refund!

I ordered through the Mr D app, but their system wasn’t working properly — the driver couldn’t reach me, and I couldn’t contact them either. Despite this being a technical issue on their side, they marked me as “unreachable” and refused to refund my order. Very disappointed with the lack of support and accountability.
