Continued bad experience with orders with no solution

Continued bad experience with orders with no solution to fix. I placed an order early in Dec. 2024 which had a missing item (again!!). I then got a very small credit which did not even cover the value of the missing item (over and above the embarrassing fact that fact that I could not provide everyone with the food they wanted). When I raised this with Mr. D, I got another supposed voucher code. When I wanted to use that, I got a message that "The coupon is not valid for the user". When I contacted them (again), I was send EXACTLY the same voucher number that did not work before. I again had to contact them and was told that a credit for amount has been added to my wallet (this was on 15/12/2024). When I checked thereafter, no credit was loaded, Again I contacted them, but got absolutely no response to date. I did however get a ridiculous e-mail to rate the service received after the last requested I've send through (on which nobody bothered to respond!!). So now, after four times trying to resolve something very simple, I have given up. Mr. D are very expensive with very bad service, so not worth using and all the frustration!!
