CONTAMINATED bug filled food!!!

On Tuesday the 8th of November we placed an order on mr d for our local kfc, to the value of R313.30. After biting into one of the burgers there was a hairy bug in it, needless to say the rest of the food went untouched. 4 complaints were logged on the app but we received no response, these complaints each contained pictures. Numerous complaints were made on their Facebook page only for someone to get back to me stating I’ll receive a R50 voucher for the issue. R300 worth of food has gone to waste because it was contaminated! I was still sick after eating a bite of that burger. I requested for you guys to collect the food and issue a refund and what I got what a slap in the face. I am appalled by the customer service, it is no wonder you guys have such a low rating your service is DISGUSTING!!!
