Constant Technical Issue

Every single order gets lost. I have raised this problem with Mr Delivery countless times who in turn promised me that the problem will be dealt with. It ridiculous !!!! I am disgusted that even the last driver who dropped my food was rude and swore at a family member who refused to get out of his car to drop the food to a physically challenged family member. I get told the situation will be sorted. Its a technical issue / system issue.
