Consistent disappointment

<p>After using the Mr D Food app for past three evenings, Mr D Food have consistently presented me with a problem with the order. First, after ordering a calzone, a normal pizza was delivered. I was given a voucher to compensate for the error. Ordered again the following night, this time no cheese was given with the chicken meal ordered which cost an extra R21. Decided not to report this as I was tired of explaining issues to Mr D Food. Ordered the following night again only to have 2 items shorted (two large pizzas). Phoned and the pizzas were delivered 35 minutes later, cold. No apology from Mr D Food. It is safe to say Mr D Food's service quality has dropped and they don't seem to care.</p>
