Con artist like behaviour

They offered a happy hour special promo. Ordered food from Lupa Design Quater and they had a special, but any pizza and get a free magarita. When the order came, no magarita and no explanation by the driver. Called them and notified them. It's now 5 hours later with no response. Appauling service.
