Complaint regarding unexceptionable servis from mr Delivery

Beyond pathetic service. Order food the guys that was sepose to deliver the food, went to incorrect address and refused to bring the food to the correct address. The app show that the food was delivered, where i never received the food but paid for. Will never make ise of them again. this i do consider theft.
