complaint

My order never arrived and when I complained, Mr D did not arrange to redo the order on my behalf. The address was very straightforward and could have phoned me if they got lost. They said they will refund me in 3-5 working days yet I am unconvinced by their nonchalance. Do the staff have any pride or interest in their company? I feel that I have been 'had'.
