Complaint About Refund & Restaurants That Cancel Orders

I requested a refund from Mr D on Friday last week. Today is Friday the 12th, and the money has still not reflected in my bank account. Mr D stated it would take 5 business days, but that period has already passed without any resolution.

On top of this, I’m very disappointed with the way Mr D allows certain restaurants on the app (Mariposa Traditional Takeout Westbourne Road & Phaka Restaurant Richmond Hill Port Elizabeth). These restaurants will accept an order, keep you waiting for an hour, and then cancel. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time for customers. Why does Mr D continue to feature such unreliable restaurants instead of ensuring we only see ones that can actually fulfill orders?

This is highly unprofessional and reflects badly on the platform. I WANT MY REFUND!
