Complaint about Debonair's and no other way to complain or return on Mr D app

I tried to complain about my order last night on the app but there is no option on the app for it. I mailed and no way to complain about my food. What a disappointment.

I ordered the exact same last weekend and it was amazing. Last night I ordered extra cheese and sauce. The pizza was TERRIBLE. No extra sauce and definitely even less cheese than last week, last week did not even order extra cheese. The pizza was ice cold and this was not the drivers fault because the cheese was not even melted properly.
