Complain

I had a bad experience. I placed an order at 10h30 and only received an order at 12h32 after calling the call centre and each person I spoke to from 11h30 told me to wait three minutes. I spoke to Lean, Biarin, Nicolette. the reason you order online is to get your order quick not three hours later. order number: DFD ********** . This is so disgusting and unacceptable. the food arrived cold and mishandled.
