Communication platforms needed

On the 27 of October 2021 I ordered with Rocco Mammas westville for collection through Mr D, the amount was debited from my bank but the store did not receive the order due to load shedding. I then wrote an email to Mr D in order for the amount to be refunded back to my account to which I never even received an acknowledgement response or confirmation and until today there is no refund. I do not know which other platforms to use to reach Mr D for this refund.
