Communication breakdown!!!

My wife called in earlier today to inform your call centre that the collection from and delivery to my place were to be combined. Despite confirming that this would be done you send a driver to my premises despite us arranging for this to be done after 5pm!<br> <br> This was a total shambles on Mr Delivery's part. Please catch a wake up!
