Collect your stuff yourself and stop messing me around.

I have bought a few times from Takealot.com and have never had problems with having the goods delivered to postnet for me to collect at a later stage. Two days ago I was called from an employee from Mr Delivery East London branch saying that they cannot leave the goods at postnet if I can't sign for it. I asked why it worked the previous times and I was told that it must have been delivered by DHL. They told the driver not to leave the parcel there. I immediately emailed Takealot.com and queried why they can't deliver it to post net like the other times before, and they said that they would sort it out. About an hour ago I received another call from the same unhelpful employee from Mr Delivery asking where this new delivery address number 5,6 and 7 on balfour road was. I explained that it was the same postnet in Vincent as before. She then told me that I should collect the parcel myself since it was the second time that I am messing her driver around. Then I really lost my temper and did raise my voice quite considerably by telling her to just deliver it to Postnet after which I put down the phone. A couple of minutes later I received a sms from Takealot saying we tried to deliver your order but couldn't. I have never experienced such unprofessional, unhelpful and rude service from anyone before. This person has definately chosen the wrong career.
