Collect your own food

<p>I lost count of the times I had complain about the service, or rather, lack of service I received from Mr Delivery. Everytime I let it go and order once again from them. Tonight was the last straw. Take my advice, if you want food, get in your car and collect it youself. Firstly, if you collect yourself, at least you will get your order. Secondly, you will get it in a quarter of the time. Thirdly, you will get the correct order and last but not least, you will not have to pay a reduculous fee and tip for the driver. Tonight, my order said it would take 45mins. However, 1,5 hours later the driver arrives at my gate. When he removed the order from his bike, he dropped it! Nothing was done there and then to rectify the problem. No, only 20min later I get a call asking me if I wanted a replacement. By that time the restaurant was nearly closed. They expected me to wait yet another 1,5h after this call??? Are you for real? As mentioned, I have had many other case of incorrect orders being delivered. In some cases, I even had to wait 2hours for delivery! Do us a favour and just close your business cause your service is pathetic! Please remove my profile from your system, cause I am done with you! Make sure my card is refunded within 24h or I will open a ***** case against you!</p>
