Cold food bad service

I placed an order at 19h44 app say food will be delivery by 20h42 no message sent about a delay. Food collected at 20h48 arrives at my door at 21h06 ice cold with cooldrink spilt all over. The driver is adamant the food is hot but it's ice cold and soggy due to the spillage. I sent him back with the food and want my money back. Not in the Mr D food wallet but in my bank account. Awhile ago my food arrived without my cooldrinks which were included with the meals which I incidently paid for. Prior to that food order arrived with incorrect order. I had to drive back to the restaurant myself to go resolve the issue. Mr D I'm done with you.
