Cold food and Incomplete Order

Not everything from our order was delivered and the food was extremely cold! We had a look at the live feed on the app and it seemed as the driver was on a road trip first. I understand that there are other deliveries as well, but having cold food delivered to your customers, is really bad! It seems it's either incompetency or just quantity over quality!
