codes instead of service

My company ordered regularly from Mr D especially when we work late shifts. +-2 per 10 orders were correct. The last order I complained at 6:30pm about incorrect food, they phone me past 9pm to tell me its too late to correct order as everyone left. So if you're a 20%er order mr D, because that's their service standard. My company will not be ordering form them again, even if the food is free, it wont be what you ordered.
