Closed off complaint after asking for details no resolution

Extremely dissatisfied customer

I have received my pizza and I have a ****roach imbedded in the pizza. My other pizza had a hair in it but I had decided to leave it.

Photo sent to Mr D they just closed off my query after asking for details. No resolution at all. However, I cannot eat a pizza with a ****roach imbedded in the sauce. I had also then received the wrong pizza. Please advise what will be done to rectify the situation.
