children answer phone and taking orders

I called Mr Delivery Constantine and phone was answered by a child who answered the phone and took my order. Was giggling all the time when I gave my orders. He then called and said there is no pickled onions and this after my money has been taken via credit card. I then asked for a refund nd ask to speak to the manager. He called Llewelkyn who apologised and said that Thaabiet was not even supposed to answer the phone and take orders and that he is there with friends. I said I was going to report them for letting children answer the phone. Llewelkyn then said he was going to follow up nd call back. A lady Chantalle then called and claimed she was the manager nd said that the boy who giggled was actually a trainee..don't know how true this is. And they took a whole hour to deliver my food. They say free delivery but yet charge for delivery at R20.50 nd I did not even receive an invoice from them
