Charging customers and not providing the service. And struggling to get my money back

I placed a order for pizza from rocellas wood fire pizza restaurant and Mr delivery took my money. It showed on the app that the order was in process and being made. All of a sudden I got a message saying the order was regected and my money was taken. It stated I would be refund. I contacted Mr delivery in port elizabeth and they stated it takes 3 business working days. It has been 3 days and my money isn't in my account. How can you take money from a customer and not provide the service. This is terrible service and I fully support ubber eats from now on. Why should I be struggling to get my money back when Mr delivery was extremely eager to take my money. but need to fight to get it back. This is pathetic service.....
