charged twice for unfullfilled order

Ordered online, used debit card to purchase. Site processed order twice, call centre operator informed us order could not be placed as it was too late, although 10-15 minutes before online cut off time. All was fine but no refunds were ever processed to my card. I would like my R400 or so back please, and should not have to spend money in order to get it back, sitting on hold to your call centre would be one of those things that costs me time and money.
