Charged for Wrong Order

My girlfriend order 2x streetwise 3 and 14 dunked wings. Because she was sick i went down to collect the order with knowing the actually order. After i got back we noticed only 2x streetwise 2 and 4 dunked wings. I called the driver and myself and girlfriend have logged complaints with Mr D. It has been 3 days and still nothing. We were charged R143 for the order. This happened with the KFC in Brackenfell Old Paarl Road. This is really sadening, not sure how this was mistaken so much and there have been rumours about drivers and the store people reaping people off their orders.

Some clarity and rectification about the matter would be appreciated.
