Charged for nothing !!

I’ve just placed an order using my Mr D Food app. I was charged R116.20. A few minutes afterwards I got one of these pop-up messages saying that the restaurant I had chosen was not responding. The second message was telling me that I’ve been refunded and therefore I should choose another restaurant. I didn’t , but instead I waited for the refund to reflect but to no avail. As I write here, my refund is not in my account and I can’t place a new order now for fear of confusing issues. I need to see my account back to its original balance before I placed the order. I want my money back from these people.
