Charged for non service.

Placed an order, at no time during the ordering process did Mr D indicate that we will need to pick up die delivery or state that the order will be placed on that basis. Only once the order was placed were we notified that we will need to pick up the order (which completely renders Mr D services useless). We immediately contacted Mr D to which they rep**** that the order cannot be cancelled and that we will be charged for the order. We had to re-order through Uber eats and pay double for our food due to Mr D incompetence and false presentation of services.

Extremely unprofessional and useless company with terrible customer service. I would recommend using Uber eats, I already deleted the Mr D app and will never make use of their dishonest business practice again and would recommend the same to anybody!
