CHARGED FOR NON DELIVERY

had a bad experience with Mr D Foods recently on the 18/06/2020 I ordered a pizza on the app , paid by eft and a few minutes later received a message stating "Mr D Food Re :order has been missed by Romans Pizza ormonde (#DFD***1) " I got a message stating that my funds would be reversed back into my account within 24 hrs or 5 working days.....I sent numerous e mails and to date no refund has been forthcoming, so now I am R78.89 OUT OF POCKET
