Charged for Extras that wasn't delivered!

I've had numerous complaints against Mr D and I'm so disappointed that I've constantly given them a chance! I ordered Nandos and my extras was Grilled Halomi- when my order came through my order bag was opened and my driver was very rude saying "I was going to cancel your order! You took too long to come out" I took my order as I was hungry, when I came inside I viewed that the grilled halomi was missing, I took a Pic of the receipt (which stated 'no extras') and laid a complaint to Mr D about the driver, no halomi as well as extra mayo in the burger.

I had 5 people send me a "macro" with "please send us any pictures you have" where the picture has been attached to the complaint! I rep**** stating I'm awaiting feedback and they come though with "can you send us a picture of the extra mayo on the burger" like...? My main issue is my missing extras! Which I did send a Pic for! Now you want a picture of my burger with extra mayo...? Like ***! I can't deal with these guys! I've given them enough chances and would constantly give them a bad review going forth! I would never recommend this app to anyone!
