Charge but no service.

I happened to order two pizzas on a Friday, 25th September at 21H20. I do not have the Mr Delivery app on my phone so I used a friends app. After taking down my credit card details and charging me, the app then notified me that the store was closed, I have since then tried to contact Mr Delivery but have been unsuccessful in getting their assistance. I will never again use Mr Delivery.
