Cash payment terrible

I didnt want to put a post here but you left me no choice as surprising as it is your app has NO form of feedback section which is why Uber eats is one step ahead ..

Please explain to me why you have a payment method on your app? Because if you select cash the drivers always arrive with no change what so ever and it makes the delivery very uncomfortable .. I mean you select cash then you should advise the driver to carry change .. Am i right or wrong ? Otherwise what is the select payment method for ?

This has happened to me about 10 times and i have had enough now ..

I ordered from uber eats alot and not once did this happen ..

Seems like i found my app of choice after i pretty much order everyday ..
