Card delivery not taking place

Hi,

I have been battling for a while to get info for the card I ordered for FNB. FNB told me it is with Mr Delivery. It is strange it is not delivered to the branch yet. I eventually got to the right division for the FNB after couple of disconnections. I am holding on now for almost 30 minutes and will not go beyond that because it is ridiculous. And apparently there is not other way to see where the card is or how I can get hold of it.

Very frustrating
