Car wrecked by Mr D

Where to even begin… This company is a joke. I’ve had not one good experience. Mr D really lacks the ability to take responsibility for their drivers under their employment.

I got into an accident with one of their drivers, who recklessly came flying into the side of my car. After finding out he didn’t have a license and tried to bribe me out of the situation, I contacted Mr D to inform them and report the situation. Only to be told they were ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. I didn’t get any further communication from them and could not get hold of them thereafter. ‘Sorry’ didn’t fix thousands of rands damage to my car.

On top of that, I’ve had the regular: food completely mangled, food delivered hours late, order cancelled randomly and not ever refunded, food ****** by the driver, etc.

It really can’t get any worse than this company when it comes to delivery services.
