Cant take responsibility for the **** shops on their platform.

All the shops around us was collection only for some reason(probably rain) and it was 21h00. We ordered from a shop that looked nice, for collection. Once we got there the shop was apparently inside a ***** Plaza, and a security guard was supposed to let us in for us to go and get our food. We were not able to enter. Mr. D refused to help, and just said we ordered for collection so no refunds.... We orderded through your app and payment gateway to a shop that you obviosly did not vet, and was not reachable!!! The owner of the "shop" later phoned me, very rudely, and said we cant get our food. So here we are, paid for food we are never getting. The guy from the shop smiles because he got money for nothing, and Mr. D smiles because they get their money. What a ****. Stopped my TakeAlot more account, and deleted the Takealot and Mr. D apps.
