Can't feed my family

We are at a self catering guest house because we had a funeral and my newborn grandson is in NICU. Ordered food on the app, for some reason the order was canceled from Mr D's side. It's already a traumatic day and all we wanted was to have some food... No refund to my wallet on the app so I can order food for my family from somewhere else. Called them at my cost to find out where the money is... They said they can only refund the money for the order to my bank account by Monday. Have to work on a budget for the costs involved for this whole situation. I could not feed my family because of this last night.
