Cancelled Order

Good Day

I would like to log a complain I placed an order with Mr Delivery and their driver decided to cancel the order, I recently moved into a new building and our building has two entrances.

I placed an order using my laptop because my phone had a problem when i saw that the driver was close by i decided to go and wait for him outside to make it easy for him after waiting for a while i decided to go back to the house because he was not arriving, when i got into the house i noticed that on the tracker it showed as if he had delivered so i sent him a message asking what was happening, that's when i noticed that he was by the second entrance.

I immediately sent him a message telling him that i was on my way, when i arrived i explained to him that i was waiting for him by the other entrance he then decided to cancel the order even though according to him he was suppose to cancel the order at 21:57pm and i was with him before that time.

Kindly refund back R233.70 back into my bank account or Mr Delivery Wallet.
