Cancelled Delivery

To whom it may concern

You do not even deserve a single star.

I cannot begin to explain the level of disappointment from last night's incident. The driver that collected my food from Macdonald's in Sunward Park via the Mr D app, decided from the onset that he will collect my food and go park where ever he was with it. I had to ask him where he was when he changed my order to delivered but he was no where close to my address.No interest whatsoever from him, I don't even know his name, I had to ask for his number as I could see that he was driving the opposite direction deliberately so because I called him more than once to give him my directions at some point he was parked around Groeneweider for +-45 minutes or so. He ignored my calls and then decided to cancel my order. In the time that he was parked where ever he was, I could have driven to Macdonalds and back home.. My kids could have had supper and forgotten about it. I called the store and they could not be of any assistance either.

My order was then cancelled an hour later of pleading with the driver to deliver.

I use the service for convenience more than anything, I have dealt with many rude drivers before but nothing compared to this. He had no interest even when I called him, there was just no service provided to me ane at this point I doubt I will use Mr D anytime soon.
