Cancelation request

What a disgrace of a company.

I mistakenly placed an pick order I will not be able to fetch and noticed it immediately and tried canceling it and there was no cancelation option. I called in immediately before the food vould be prepared and was told the order could not be canceled and would only receive a 50% refund which is such a disgrace and for the agent I spoke to I hope they find a way to train you guys on speaking better to customer and treating customers with respect
