Call Operators can't take Orders

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to place an order with someone who can't hear or understand you when you repeatedly spell and pronounce an order in as many different ways as possible. Then after much frustration the phone just gets passed on to the next person who isn't any more adequate ! The worst part is that we were trying to use a voucher we got as an apology for the poor service the last time. Complete waste of time.
